Brand Ambassador Program terms

1. The program

The Divine Hindu Brand Ambassador Program ("Program") is operated by Divinehindu Lifestyle Private Limited ("Divine Hindu", "we"). By applying, you agree to these terms.

Participation is free. Divine Hindu may accept or decline any application at its discretion and may update these terms with notice on the ambassador dashboard.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, resident in India, and have a public Instagram account with more than 1,500 genuine followers. Accounts with purchased or bot followers are not eligible.

You must keep your profile public and your contact details accurate while you are in the Program.

3. Your link and coupon code

On approval you receive a personal referral link and a coupon code that gives customers a flat 10% discount on orders above ₹1,100 at https://www.divinehindu.in.

The code is for your audience. Posting it on coupon-aggregator or deal websites, using it for your own purchases, or misrepresenting the offer may result in suspension and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

4. Commissions

You earn 10% of the total amount paid by the customer on each order placed using your link or coupon code. Commissions become payable when the order is marked delivered, and are reversed if the order is cancelled, returned or fully refunded. Partial refunds reduce the commission proportionately.

Divine Hindu's order records are final for the purpose of calculating commissions. Orders are attributed to the coupon code used at checkout, or to the referral link recorded at the time of the order.

5. Payouts

Approved commissions are paid on the nearest payout day (Tuesday and Saturday) to the UPI ID or bank account registered in your dashboard. You are responsible for keeping these details correct. Divine Hindu is not liable for transfers to details you have entered incorrectly.

Taxes: commissions are income in your hands. Divine Hindu may deduct tax at source (TDS) as required by Indian law and may ask for your PAN before releasing payouts.

6. Content and conduct

Content you create must be your own, truthful, and must not make medical, financial or astrological guarantees. Follow the ASCI guidelines on influencer disclosures (for example, #ad or #partnership where applicable).

You may use Divine Hindu's name and product images provided in the Resources section. You may not run paid advertising on Divine Hindu brand keywords, register look-alike domains or social handles, or imply that you are an employee of Divine Hindu.

7. Suspension and termination

Either party may end participation at any time. Divine Hindu may suspend or terminate an ambassador for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or conduct that harms the brand. Commissions on orders delivered before termination (and not subsequently cancelled) will be paid in the normal cycle.

8. Privacy

We process your data as described in our Privacy Policy. Bank account and PAN details are stored encrypted and used only for payouts and tax compliance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.
