What we collect
Name, email, phone number, Instagram handle and follower count, city, an optional profile screenshot, and payout details (UPI ID or bank account, and PAN if you provide it).
Order information attributed to your link or code: order number, items, order value and delivery status. Customer names are shortened and emails are masked before they are shown to you.
How we use it
To review your application, run the Program, attribute orders, calculate and pay commissions, send transactional emails, comply with tax law, and prevent fraud.
How we protect it
Bank account numbers and PAN are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM). Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Access to the admin console is restricted to authorised Divine Hindu staff and every change is logged.
Third parties
Shopify (order data), Meta/Instagram (follower verification for professional accounts), our email provider, Microsoft Azure (hosting in India/global regions), and the payout provider (RazorpayX / Cashfree / your bank) as needed to pay you.
Your choices
You can update your profile and payout details any time from the dashboard. To delete your account, email care.divinehindu@gmail.com; we retain payout and tax records for the period required by law.
