What we collect

Name, email, phone number, Instagram handle and follower count, city, an optional profile screenshot, and payout details (UPI ID or bank account, and PAN if you provide it).

Order information attributed to your link or code: order number, items, order value and delivery status. Customer names are shortened and emails are masked before they are shown to you.

How we use it

To review your application, run the Program, attribute orders, calculate and pay commissions, send transactional emails, comply with tax law, and prevent fraud.

How we protect it

Bank account numbers and PAN are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM). Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Access to the admin console is restricted to authorised Divine Hindu staff and every change is logged.

Third parties

Shopify (order data), Meta/Instagram (follower verification for professional accounts), our email provider, Microsoft Azure (hosting in India/global regions), and the payout provider (RazorpayX / Cashfree / your bank) as needed to pay you.

Cookies and optional advertising measurement

First-party cookies keep you signed in and record the page and referring site where you first arrived; the first-visit cookie expires after 60 days. We also remember your advertising-measurement choice for 90 days. You can change it using Cookie choices on our public pages.

If you choose Allow ad measurement, we load Google Ads on our public program, blog, application and sign-in pages. Google can receive advertising click identifiers, technical request information such as IP address and browser information, and a completed-application event with an opaque identifier used to avoid duplicate counting. We do not include your name, email, phone, Instagram profile, application answers or payout information in this event. Enhanced conversions and advertising personalization are disabled for this measurement.

A signed first-party receipt, valid for one hour, confirms that an application was actually stored before the event is sent. Merely opening the confirmation URL does not count as an application. We also use browser session storage to avoid sending the same receipt repeatedly. Declining optional measurement does not prevent applying or using the Program; ad blockers and declined consent mean some applications will not appear in Google Ads.

Your choices

You can update your profile and payout details any time from the dashboard. To delete your account, email care.divinehindu@gmail.com; we retain payout and tax records for the period required by law.
